Аннотация:

В статье рассматриваются феномен возникновения и функционирования сетей поддержки, а также его оценки, существующие в современной политической науке. Цель статьи – проверить истинность гипотезы о неправительственных организациях внутри этих сетей как носителях идей и информации, а также как о посредниках между местным и международным уровнем деятельности на примере российских неправительственных организаций. В статье анализируется связь между развитием транснациональной поддержки и онлайн-сетями по всей Европе.
