SOCIO-POLITICAL DIMENSION OF THE MODERNIZATION RUSSIAN SOCIETY

The summary: At the article based on the monitoring of the Institute of Sociology of Russian Academy of Sciences (2001 – 2010) attitudes of Russians to the post Soviet reforms is shown evolution of a public opinion in an estimation of the reasons, character and consequences of reforms at the end of XX - the beginning XXI centuries. Positive shifts are marked during the Russian transformations. The author shows a dissatisfaction of the population with the social consequences and an inefficiency economy, backwardness of democratic institutes in the country. The research fixes destruction of social solidarity in Russia and amplification of Social alienation between the state and a society.

THE ECONOMIC DIMENSION OF RUSSIA'S MODERNIZATION: IMPERATIVES AND RISKS

The summary: The article reveals the return of the global economy of the three major trends - the centralization and concentration of the capital; civilizational development and regionalization, which have a direct influence at social and economic development of Russia. Experience of modernization of Russia at last 20 years is critically considered, the reasons of their negative consequences are shown. The necessity of change of economic policy and democratization of the state is proved.

CREATIVE CLASS VERSUS IMITATIONAL PRACTICES

The summary: The article deals with the relations between social request for a creative class and imitative practices that permeate all aspects of society and are dominant in contemporary Russian society. The author notices that the need for public creation finds resistance from the social and imitative practices, aimed at replacing real results and evaluations. The article concludes that the creative class rejects the simulation practice, and its origin and development serves as an alternative to the era of social imitation.

IDENTITY AS A PHILOSOPHICAL CATEGORY

The summary: The concept of «identity» is considered from the perspective of its cognitive and methodological potential – as a scientific concept and a philosophical category. An analysis of the role and place of this category in the system of cultural meanings and practices of everyday life is presented. Approaches to typologizing identity are substantiated. In this context, the relationship is considered between the personal and the macroscale forms of social identify: civil, political, cultural and ethnic. A number of types of personal identity are proposed: «sacro-imputed», «corporate-transformational», «communicative-spectral».

GNOSEOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF THE ISLAMIC CULTURE OF THE SOUTH OF RUSSIA

The summary: In this article are given the main results of the activities of the scientific school headed by the author of the article. The article is devoted to the philosophical analysis of the regional Islamic culture with the methodological device of epistemology. In the article are revealed the aspects of correlation of cognitive culture and religious consciousness as the forms of public consciousness, and it is also revealed the epistemological essence of sufism philosophy. It is shown that the confession of sufist Islam favours the cultivation by the people of the North Caucasus and the South of Russia the certain cognitive traditions, norms, ideals, methods, stereotypes of people’s creative activity.

HUMANITARIANISM AND HUMANIZATION OF EDUCATION

Annotation: The point of the emergence of the need for education’s humanization is considered in the article. From this point of view the author’s understanding of education’s humanitarianism is offered, different approaches to the possibilities of education’s reforming and to the role of humanization in this process are analyzed. The characteristic features of humanitarian way of thinking as a specific way of relationship between human and the world are considered in detail. On this basis the main problems of education’s reforming that are solvable in the process of its humanization are formulated.

THE PLACE AND IMPORTANCE OF NATIONAL AND COSMOPOLITAN COMPONENTS IN THE CONTENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION PROGRAMS

The summary: The role of environmental education in the modern world is proved. It is opened contents and contradictions of globalization, as a process of formation of a planetary society. The special attention is given the contradiction between planetary destiny of mankind and international - corporate life of concrete communities (peoples, the states). In this connection the importance of actualization of humanitarian knowledge which prestige has decreased last years is shown. It will allow to guarantee the contents of environmental education program due to a combination of cosmopolitan and national - corporate aspects.

ABOUT NECESSITY OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE NEW CONCEPT OF A NATIONAL POLICY

The summary: In a context of consequences of reforms of 90th years of XX century the state national politics in the Russian Federation is examined. The reasons of an aggravation of interethnic relations on Northern Caucasus and an inconsistent national policy in Russia are shown. The summary: Politogenesis staticized in the South Caucasus, which led to the creation of independent states - the Republic of South Ossetia and Abkhazia. The historical, political and legal aspects of the chauvinistic policy of the Georgian leadership, which led to its disintegration, are revealed. TWENTY YEARS OF REFORMS IN RUSSIA: THE OPINION OF INHABITANTS OF THE ROSTOV AREA

The summary: As a result of sociological research in the spring 2011г., spent of The South-Russian Branch of the Institute of Sociology of the Russian Academy of Science and Institute for Retraining and Improving Professional Skills of the Southern Federal University the relation of inhabitants of Russia to disintegration of the USSR and radical reforms of 90th XX and a policy of the first decade XXI is revealed. Researchers concretize results of the all-Russian research which have been spent by Institute of sociology of the Russian Academy of Science under a management by M.K. Gorshkov at a regional level. Research fixes increase of doubts of inhabitants of the Rostov area in social justice and efficiency of a policy sold in Russia.
