Аннотация:

25–28 августа 2015 года в Праге состоялась 12-я (очередная) конференция Европейской социологической ассоциации под названием «Различия, неравенства и социологическое воображение». Самая крупная профессиональная ассоциация социологов в Европе проводит соответствующее — претендующее на максимальное представительство и репрезентативность — собрание социологов. В статье подводятся общие итоги конференции, обозначаются ее основные предметные области и предлагаемые европейскими социологами темы исследования. Выдвинутые в названии конференции понятия получили в ходе развернувшихся дискуссий разнообразные (иногда и причудливые) интерпретации, но общее направление размышлений, как показано в статье, можно выделить, ориентируясь на базовые понятия: многообразие и социологическое воображение.Хотя в целом состояние современного общества ученые характеризуют как посткризисное, неопределенность остается одним из базовых концептов, а прекариат — социальным классом, который сегодня рассматривается если не как преобладающий, то как постоянно растущий и занимающий одно из важнейших мест в социальной структуре. Концептуальные рамки исследования, заданные подобным фокусом, формируются на базе идей соответствующего пула известных теоретиков — Э. Гидденс, П. Бурдье, Б. Латур, У. Бек, З. Бауман (хотя далеко не ограничиваются данным списком).
