Аннотация

The article contains some preliminary comments related to the 11-year experience of interdisciplinary studies of global risks. The empirical base of them has been a set of global interdisciplinary research projects organized and carried out by the World Economic Forum. It seems that this experience should be carefully mastered by the sociologists and social practitioners across the world because it contains a detailed description of a variety of challenges generated by nonlinear current global dynamics. The sociologists should be capable to translate the results of such projects into the language of sociology and other branches of the humanities.
