Аннотация:

В работе автор обосновывает сложности, связанные с реализацией проектов Smart City (SC), определяет роль smart city – менеджера (SC-менеджера) в реализации этих проектов и его компетенции, дает обзор основных зарубежных образовательных программ, реализующих подготовку специалистов по этому направлению. Феномены SC и SC-менеджера рассматриваются в контексте публичного управления.
